We will take Multiple High-Quality Digital Photos to highlight the positive features of your property to be posted online and on your custom sales flyer.

Your home will be put on the Realtor’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to be viewed by all area Buyer’s Agents and downloaded to over 1800 real estate websites viewed by Buyers all over the world including Realtor.com, GoogleBase, Yahoo Real Estate, Trulia, AOL Real Estate, Front Door, Hotpads, Oodle, Cyberhomes, and Zillow..


Your home will have it’s own page as a featured home on Carolina Home Realty’s Professional Website with the web address prominently displayed on your yard sign .


 

We will post a Professional Eflyer on Craigslist displaying your home and its positive features.

 

A Custom Sales Flyer will be created as a Buyer Take-Away to be displayed in your home.

 

An Attractive and Professional Yard Sign will be placed in your yard to catch the eye of all potential buyers.
 

A Key Lock Box will be placed on your door for safe and hassle-free agent showings.
 

We use a Centralized Showing Service (CSS) who will schedule showing appointments directly with you when agents want to show your home.
 

You will receive Direct Agent Feedback via email on showings of your home.
 

We will receive and carefully Review All Offers with you.
 

We will use our knowledge and expertise to Negotiate the Best Price and terms on an acceptable offer.
 

The Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted by your agent and held in a designated Trust Account.
 

We will Coordinate Inspections and Appraisals.
